"Having seen Elaine's vibrant art works, my wife and I knew one would be perfect for Inn on the Creek. When we asked
her about a commission, she explained the process and asked
us for our input and also gave us some ideas. She made the process simple and the piece she did for us is amazing! It proudly hangs in our lobby where our guests consistently comment on how beautiful it is. It is a unique and wonderful addition to our Inn and we are thrilled. Well, all I can say is that it is the BEST! Seriously, the guests go nuts for it and

"Elaine O’Neil is an accomplished artist; highly professional and easy to work with.Elaine is also exceptionally flexible and responsive in artistically interpreting her client’s ideas. She takes client photos, along with knowledge gained in detailed conversations, and prepares preliminary sketches. She then shares these with her clients and incorporates feedback prior to executing the final fabric art piece. We are now on our fourth fabric art commission with Elaine, and continue to be impressed."

"My sister is an artist who also started with fabric, so I have always had a natural affinity for Elaine’s work. When you couple that with her playful characters, it seemed appropriate to ask her to do a portrait of our happy and active family.
Her work has a joyful quality that is portrayed in her figures and made it fun to review sketches and colors while working together to complete the piece. The end result was even better than I had hoped and makes me smile every time
I see it in our house."

“I wanted something very special for clients who were selling a much-loved property, and the artwork Elaine created was perfect. Somehow she was able to capture the essence of their home life, working only from a photograph! My clients loved the piece and still treasure it, many years later.”

"We are both old and have been married long ago to others. So what on earth do you get each other to commemorate our union? We worked with Elaine, told her stories of our life together and laughed a lot at the sweet memories. Elaine walked our property with us (wine in hand) and saw sunflowers that I love, the cannas that he loves and I don’t, the 3 beagles, chickens and Zora the goat that we both love. Somehow, Elaine crafted our story in fabric, complete with little hidden gems that are only of significance to us. There is much emotion sewn into this work of art. Joy when times are easy and fun and comfort when things are challenging and always a reminder of our unique and quirky connection.
To this day, it hangs above our bed:
the most intimate gift ever."
